Email: [email protected]Fr Ryan Innas Muthu was ordained as a priest for the Melaka-Johor Diocese on 1st October 2007. His seminary formation was done in College General Major Seminary, Penang, followed by St Francis Xavier Major Seminary, Singapore. Upon obtaining the Bachelor of Sacred Theology in 2006, he served in Sacred Heart Cathedral, Johor Bahru as a transitional Deacon. After ordination, he served as an assistant parish priest for Church of St Louis, Kluang, St Anthony Church, Chaah and St Philip Church, Segamat. In 2011, he assumed the role of a parish priest in Church of the Holy Family for five years.
In 2018, he earned the Lincentiate in Biblical Theology in Pontifical University of St Thomas Aquinas (Angelicum University, Rome), after which he teaches Scriptures in his alma mater, College General until now. Besides teaching, he is also in charge of the liturgical life in the seminary, attending to the matters pertaining to daily Masses, spiritual exercises and directions.
